Telecom Property Group (TPG) was founded by John Wood, who has spent his career advising across the telecommunications and commercial property sectors. He established TPG to focus on representing site providers and landowners, ensuring they are properly supported in negotiations with mobile network operators, infrastructure providers and investors.
Drawing on extensive experience in the industry, John and the TPG team advise clients on telecom agreements ensuring their interests are protected and agreements deliver fair and commercially beneficial outcomes.
Alongside its telecommunications specialism, TPG also delivers a full range of commercial property services to landlords, tenants and occupiers, providing clear, practical advice designed to meet each client’s specific requirements.

John is a well-known industry leader with over 36 years of experience in the property and telecommunications sectors. He has worked extensively across the UK, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.
Throughout his career, John has established a number of successful businesses, held senior positions with leading UK property firms, and led a global real estate company. He has advised a diverse range of clients, from start-ups and small businesses to major international organisations, building an enviable track record for delivering value and driving innovation.
John has held a variety of executive roles within the commercial property sector and is widely recognised as an expert in telecommunications.
He lives in Eastbourne with his wife and their cocker spaniel, Archie. John has lived in East Sussex all his life.
